Trade Customers

If you are a shop or organisation and would like to stock Character Bears you will need to
contact us direct at sales@characterbears.co.uk providing us with following information;
 
- Contact name
- Company name
- Company invoice/delivery address
- Daytime telephone number and email address.

A member of sales will contact you within 48 hours of your receiving your details. If your application is successful you will be issued with a trade password via email. You will then be able to access and view the online trade section of the web shop.  Please read our terms and conditions before applying:
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
 
Our goods are offered for trade sale only.
 
1. Prices and Specifications
 
Every effort is made to maintain published prices/specifications, however, we reserve the right to alter these without prior notice.
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. All prices shown, are per item.
 
2. Orders

Orders must be signed by the customer which confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
 
3. Delivery Times
 
We aim to deliver orders (Including special order personalised bears) within 7-10 working days from the order date*.
 
We aim to deliver Custom Tailor-Made Character bears within 10-14 working days from the order date*.
 
*Should there be any unforeseen delays we will make best efforts to notify customers in good time if these times cannot be met.
 
Any damaged, faulty or missing goods at the time of delivery must be notified to customer services (by phone or email) within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise no liability will be accepted.
 
4. Carriage:

UK (including Northern Ireland)

Orders over 250.00 GBP will be sent free of charge, under 250.00 GBP will be subject to a courier charge of 12.00 GPB which will be charged after placing your order.
We regret that presently we are unable to offer delivery to countries outside of the UK.
 
5. Returns and Cancelled Orders
 
As all orders are special order, we are unable to accept any returned items. Damaged and faulty items at the time of delivery must be notified (by phone or email) within 48 hours of receipt where we will offer a replacement. After this time no liability will be accepted.
 
Any cancellations must be notified to customer services by email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order.
 
 
6. Payment
 
Orders can be paid using debit/credit card, via PayPal payment facility or BACS / Bank transfer payment. Orders paid via cheque and Bacs / Bank transfer will not be processed until funds have cleared.
 
We do not offer credit account facilities.
 
7. Passing of Risk

 
Risk and Title Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery once the products have been signed for at your specified delivery address.
