UK Delivery Information
Deliveries are made on normal working days, Monday-Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday, Sundays, bank holidays and national holidays.
Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses.
Our aim is to deliver your gift in the best possible condition and therefore dispatch all our bears using Parcelforce 48 hour delivery courier. For international orders, we despatch via Royal Mail international postal service.
All Charactre Bear deliveries have to be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one in to accept the delivery, a calling card will be left o inform the recipient how they can arrange a suitable date for re-delivery. It then becomes the recipient’s responsibility to contact the relevant delivery company to arrange a suitable date for re-delivery. We accept no liability if the delivery is made due to the recipient not being available. We therefore recommend sending your gift to a work address if appropriate.

*Should there be any unforeseen delays we will make best efforts to notify customers in good time if these times cannot be met.
Any damaged, faulty or missing goods at the time of delivery must be notified to customer services (by phone, email or fax) within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise no liability will be accepted.

Delivery can take up to 7 working days from date of order. ( Up to 10 working days for custom commissions)
If you wish your order to be delivered on a specific delivery day, please do not hesitate to contact customer service and we will do do our best to accomodate your request.
Express 24 hour Delivery (on Express Next Day Bears Only) - 8.95 GBP
We offer a selection of stock Character Bears (Express Bears) which have option of next day delivery.
If you require delivery for the following working day, you must place your order before 2pm, our cut off time for next day bears.
All Express Next Day Character Bears are despatched via a 24 hour courier service for guaranteed delivery before 1pm the following working day. Orders are despatched Monday-Friday only.
Saturday deliveries: Although deliveries are guaranteed within 2 working days (Mon-Friday) we find that 95% of orders may be delivered on Saturday if despatched on a Friday. Therefore delivery may either be made on a Saturday or the Monday.

Royal Mail Airsure postal services can be tracked up until the point the package leaves the UK. When the item has reached the destination country then it is handed over to that country's postal service as a priority item. However, because different countries have different delivery standards we cannot guarantee that the destination country's postal service will track your Airsure item all the way to delivery in every instance or always be able to provide a confirmation of delivery. This service is not insured. If you opt for this service you will not be entitled to any compensation should your package go missing or is damaged en route to the destination country.

We offer our gifts to worldwide destinations although local restrictions may apply. We regret that we cannot affect the actions of local customs and cannot accept any liability if you order is delayed or damaged due to third parties.
