How do I place an order on your site?

• The Creative Gift Company shopping cart technology uses 'cookies' to keep track of the product(s) you select. You must enable your browser to accept cookies before you can place an order online.
  
  
• To buy online, you'll need to register with the creative gift company beforehand. You will be asked to register your details at the checkout.
  
  
• Select the items you want to buy and click 'add to cart'. (You may need to select options on some products if applicable).
  
  
• To see all your purchases together or when you have all the items you want, click 'view basket'. You can remove items by ticking in the 'remove' box, next to the item and then click 'update cart'. Once everything in your basket is correct, click 'go to checkout'.
  
  
• You then choose your preferred delivery option and enter any special discount codes if applicable. Then click 'Continue'.
  
  
• You will then be asked to enter your gift card message and select a delivery date (if opting for our special delivery service)
  
  
• The order is still not placed at this point. You now have the opportunity to review your order before it is placed. Please note, once an order is placed, it is not possible to change any of the details. Therefore, before you click 'place order' remember to check you have all the items you want. If you have chosen a personalised item the message/spelling is correct. If you're not happy with some details, you can click 'Edit details' at the bottom of the page and make your amendments.
  
  
• You will then be forwarded to a log in page, where you will be asked to register or log in if you are a previous customer. You will then be asked to enter your billing and delivery address details. When you are happy with your order, click 'Checkout'
  
  
• You will then be forwarded to our secure payment page where you will be asked to enter your credit/debit card information.
  
  
• You will see a page thanking you for your order, giving the details and order number. You will also get an automatic e-mail with all your order details.
