Tracking deliveries within the UK:
Upon despatch of your order, you will be sent an automated email confirming despatch with a parcel tracking reference number.
Checking your order status:
To check your order status, please log in to your account where you will be able to view the progress of your order. It will either state 'Pending' meaning your order has yet to be processed or 'Shipped' meaning your order has been despatched.
Standard delivery option:
If you have chosen this option your order will not be processed until the following working day.

Special delivery:
If you have chosen this option, you will be able to track your package on the day prior to the requested delivery date.
International deliveries:
All orders being despatched to international destinations are processed and despatched within 48 hours. Upon despatch, an automated email with a tracking reference for either Airsure postal service (U.S.A and European destinations) or International Signed For (for all other destinations) will be provided so that you can check your parcel's status.

Please note: Tracking right up to the delivery address may not be available for some countries, however you will be able to view confirmation that the item has left the UK and been passed to the overseas postal service.
